“Hands down the best group ever. I see Dr. Palmiero and he is honestly the best eye doctor I have ever seen. I even told him at my last appointment that I always look forward to seeing him. I’m a type 1 diabetic and when I first saw him and told him that he mentioned to me that he specializes in Glaucoma. Knowing that I won’t have to see a different eye doctor if I ever do end up with Glaucoma sure does make me very happy. So far I have no signs of Glaucoma at all. Even do my last appointment was almost 2 hour’s because they had to do a regular eye exam, a visual field test, dilate my eye’s and wait 15 minutes for my eye’s to fully dilate, and also take picture’s of my optic nerve. Getting told that I have no Glaucoma at all sure does make the 2 hour’s of being at your guy’s office worth it. Dr. Palmiero even showed me a picture of my optic nerve and what it looked like this year and last year and he told me that it hasn’t changed at all. The rest of your staff are also extremely wonderful and very helpful!”

“I have been a patient at Hudson Valley Eye Surgeons for a number of years. Dr. Nichols was my surgeon who performed cataract surgery on my right eye. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful it was to wake up the next day and be able to see clearly out of my right eye. My vision in that eye is now 20/20.
Prior to the surgery, I was very apprehensive and frightened. After all, this was my eye and my vision, or non-vision. Dr. Nichols’ bedside manner allowed me to fee totally confident and unafraid. I went into that surgery with the utmost confidence thanks to Dr. Nichols. I cannot wait to have my left eye operated on by the excellent Dr. Nichols.
